Q. How do we get started? 

A. The first thing you need is property. After you have found a suitable lot we can meet with you and decide where your house should be located and what style best suits your needs. Then we can help design your home with a qualified designer. If you already have plans we would be happy to give you an estimate.  Please see our links page for recommended designers and realtors.

Q. How long will the project take? 

A. Most houses average around 6 months construction time.  Some can take up to a year.  The design phase is usually 2 to 3 months.

Q. How much does it cost to build in Tuolumne County? 

A. This question comes up a lot and the answer can vary greatly depending on the design of the house and your property.  A range of $175.00 to $250.00 a square ft. is what most our houses fall into.

Q. What services does your company provide? 

A. After your plans are complete and your permits are ready we will handle everything from site work and lot clearing to a finished house clean and ready to move into.
